Cwen Collective is a gathering of sovereignty. Our mission is to honor citizens as noble guardians of their bodies, relationships, and of their ideals. We are aligned with global visions of creating a world in which childbirth and postpartum times are safe, every young person’s potential is realized, and that the stewards of care are given respect and rest. In community and fellowship we protect and serve the rights of families to have a sense of well being through equity and freedom from discrimination. As a community of connectedness, I am dedicated to working with those in the caring profession. Caring for caregivers is essential to the fabric of our humanity and a priority for Cwen.

 
 
 
 

COMMUNITY & FELLOWSHIP

 

CARE FOR CAREGIVERS

I work with first responders, educators, and care providers to develop self-care routines that can be practiced while on the job. Healing, teaching, and nurturing others requires composure and resiliency. I provide an environment in which people can unravel their work day and create boundaries that ensure a restorative time when away from work.


 

COUNSELING

I offer individual and family counseling. Walk and talk sessions are available as well as home or office visits. I work to enliven and elevate a client’s sense of purpose, while addressing ways to make positive changes. My work is trauma informed  and client centered.  I help  integrate thoughts, sensations, and belief systems so that clients can develop coherence in life with a more energized, resilient, and joyful outlook of the world.

 

MOM’S GROUP

Each week mothers meet to connect with each other. Sessions have open-ended conversations about the complexities of parenting with some directed activities to develop and strengthen value systems and confidence. Online meetings are weekly with pop-up classes in person that include movement, massage, and activities for baby.

 

STEWARDSHIP

Cwen Collective is committed to benevolent service to the community and developing a generous spirit for all humans. We strive to provide maternal and infant resources throughout Cleveland with an eye on worldly ways to respect and acknowledge our connection to human needs in every culture.
